RETURN POLICY

 

TheMuslimaShop.Com has some defined return policies that have been formulated and enforced for the benefits of our customers. The policy has the following features:

  • The defective items, if intimated within two weeks of time, will be replaced by the new (identical) ones with no extra cost of shipment involved

  • Kindly keep the package in the intact position and intimate us as soon as possible.

  • Defective items will not be accepted after 15 days of actual purchase.

 

For Dissatisfied Customers

  • Dissatisfied customers will be refunded completely, however, handling and shipment cost will not be returned.

  • You will be allowed to exchange your items with the new ones, however, if the newly purchased item’s price is higher than the older one, then the difference in amount needs to be paid.

  • Customers have to ship the item back to the store.

 

General Rules

  • Customers not complying with the above policies and procedures will not be entertained.

  • Damaged goods (not because of our fault) will not be replaced or returned

  • Replaced items will be returned once the damaged one is received.

  • If returned goods are instructed to be repackaged or newly equipped than 50% of restoration charges needs to be paid.
